EXCLUSIVE: Aid Delivered to Frontlines as Russia Launches Massive Drone Assault
Voice From Ukraine
While Vladimir Putin and Donald Trump continue their back-and-forth—pretending to be at odds in front of the cameras—the consequences on the ground are deadly. For years, we’ve seen the same playbook: Trump makes threats, Putin escalates his attacks, and in the end, it’s Ukraine that pays the price.
Last night, that cycle continued again.
Russia launched over 700 Iranian-made Shahed drones across Ukraine in one of the largest aerial assaults of the war. It was a coordinated wave of terror targeting critical infrastructure, grain ports, energy systems, and civilian areas.
Cities like Kharkiv, Dnipro, and Odesa were hit hard. Air defenses worked through the night to intercept as many as possible, but the scale of the attack left lasting damage and pushed emergency response teams to their limits
.
And while that horror unfolded, something else was happening — something you helped make possible.
On June 24, Alex from Voice from Ukraine arrived in Odesa as part of our humanitarian mission. While there, he met with the Deputy to the General of the Odesa Regional Police, who oversees logistics and aid distribution to police officers and frontline personnel
.
Together, we delivered nearly 4,000 Dry Shower hygiene packs — essential supplies for soldiers, officers, and emergency responders who often go days or weeks without access to basic sanitation
.
The packs were distributed directly to:
🇺🇦 Frontline soldiers
👮♂️ Police officers at block posts and checkpoints
🚑 Emergency medical and response teams
🪖 Other active military personnel across the Odesa region
Today, July 9, we received word that every single pack was successfully delivered. The Odesa Police Department sent all of you a gratitude video, thanking Voice from Ukraine and everyone who made this possible.
During the trip, we attempted a live broadcast to show the devastation in Odesa — damaged power stations, historic sites, civilian neighborhoods. Unfortunately, the stream had to be cut short due to an incoming aerial threat. It was yet another reminder that even in the moments we try to document peace, war is never far away.
This is what your support makes possible.
We’re not pundits. We’re not watching this from afar.
Alex is in Ukraine, broadcasting directly from a war-torn country, bringing you real footage, real conversations, and real stories.
And I’m here in the United States, under tight restrictions, still under DOJ supervision after a surprise release — yet still doing everything I can to share the truth that others won’t.
We are both risking everything — safety, freedom, and stability — to get this information to you. Because the world needs to know what’s really happening.
And this is just the beginning.
Alex is now preparing for his next trip — this time to Kharkiv, where the need for aid is growing by the day. Once the details are worked out, we’ll keep you informed.
That’s why we need you now more than ever:
