Trust me, I spoke to a poll worker, something I would like to do this next election, who swore up and down that voting systems cannot be breached because they are trained to believe that the machines CANNOT be hacked. Given evolving technologies and "smart" devices, it has become more likely to breach voting systems, even on a closed loop. They do NOT need to be connected to the Internet to have dormant code become activated. The printers ARE Internet capable, in order to send tabulation data. That also makes it vulnerable at certain times.
What information is being found by statisticians and dedicated researchers is coming together into quite an elaborate set of circumstances that makes sense of the final tabulations and analysis of those results. Statisticians were crying foul as soon as final numbers became available. Analysis of voting habits did not make sense, statistically. People who voted straight Democrat on a ticket, or voted primarily Democrat, seemed to be voting for Trump. For example: Rockland County, NY is an example of this. In areas who were traditionally Democrat, voting statistics showed 0 votes, or 3 votes or 5 votes for Harris, with the rest going to Trump. But normal voting showed a majority of votes going for Senatorial candidate, Karen Gillibrand, who did win. The math does not make sense.

At LEAST seven states have tabulation anomalies, and more are bound to surface. In addition to this theory is that, and I hope I get the explanation correct, if someone had a phone with DTC technology, they could access information that could trigger votes to flip on machines through the smart technology in the Tripp Lite strips. These strips could potentially connect to the voting machines and influence votes.
It is also possible that the "voting integrity" company, Pro V&V (one of two authorized testing labs used to ready machines for elections) made changed to machines that might change parameters of vote capture and tabulation. We know, through records, that such changed WERE made and marked "de minimus" or minor changes. Guidelines are written that limit the scope of what a "de minimus" change might be. Apparently there were more sweeping changes made that go beyond these guidelines and they should NOT have been marked this way. Significant changes require reviews where are changed marked "de minimus" are not. So this begs suspicion here as well.
